International Notarization
International Notarization*
The International RON Signing Coordination & Preparation package has a non-refundable $100 minimum and covers all pre-signing work required to ensure a successful Remote Online Notarization. This includes signer guidance, identity-verification readiness (KBA and government-issued photo ID), electronic document preparation, uploading, tagging, scheduling, and coordination.
Each Remote Online Notarial (RON) act is $25.
Remote Online Notarization, or RON, is the use of audio/visual technology to complete a notarial act when the principal is not in the same physical location as the notary public.
*For signers located outside of the US
Not all notaries can notarize a document for a signer who is physically located outside of the state in which they are commissioned. However, we have notaries that can legally notarize your document even when you’re physically located outside of the US.
(Requires a Government Issued ID)
How it works
1. Schedule your notarization
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the name of your notary and clear, step-by-step instructions to help you prepare.
2. Upload your document securely
You’ll upload your document through a secure link so it can be reviewed and prepared in advance for a smooth signing.
3. Complete identity verification shortly before the session
Approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled signing, you’ll receive a secure link to complete two state-mandated identity verifications:
Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
Credential analysis of your government-issued photo ID
(Please have your photo ID ready.)
4. Join your live online notarization
After identity verification is completed, you’ll be connected to a secure, recorded live video session where your notary will guide you through the signing.
5. Receive your completed notarized documents
Once the signing is complete, your notarized document(s) will be securely delivered to the appropriate party.
Important Notes (International Notarization)
Signers may be located outside the United States at the time of notarization.
Signers may participate from different physical locations, including different countries.*
All signers must be available at the scheduled appointment time, and additional coordination may be required when signers are in multiple locations or time zones.
*If signers are in multiple locations, additional coordination and fees may apply.
